Building, maintaining and growing relationships requires that we record what we learn about our donors and funders and how they interact with all levels of our organization.  Without a useable, integrated database to track information, fundraising efforts are often not sustainable over a period of time and are subject to the personalities and memories of specific staff and volunteers, most of who move on at some point.
